The Guesthouse

The building “Foresteria Spluga” is the result of the reconstruction of a historic nineteenth century building. In the past it has been already used as an inn for travelers. Recently renovated by skilled local artisans, using the typical materials of the territory and rediscovered in a sustainable way. Stone and wood, mostly recovered from the original building, make it an environmentally sustainable construction. The structure has been designed with the utmost attention to energy efficiency, acoustic comfort, thinking about the health and well-being of people who stay.

The three floors of the Spluga guesthouse have been designed to accommodate guests with every comfort and with the aim of allowing them to enjoy the characteristic warmth of a typical alpine home. The characteristic natural larch wooden floors and ceilings will give you a warm embrace.

The guesthouse has everything for a dream holiday: every single room with its own character, but all united by the particular care for the quality of materials, furnishings and finishes.

Private area for loading and unloading luggage just in front of the building and a free parking space just 50 meters from the guesthouse.
